I bought a pair of headphones that I found, after trying them out, that aren't what I would want. They listed this language: "RETURNS—NO QUESTIONS ASKED We get it. Sometimes what you ordered just doesn’t work out. If that’s the case for you, don’t fret! All customers (both US and international) may return this item in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery." I've contacted support several times and got NO answer about how to return these. It's been over a week. How do I get this to happen?
Hi, I looked into the situation here and see that it is already resolved. Glad to see that, hopefully everything is resolved smoothly in the end. :)
For anyone who finds this while searching, the most common cause for this is that the emails from CS are lost in the spam folder.
HoffmanMysterI would love to blame the spam folder, but in fact, it was my fault. Somehow, I overlooked the message that had come almost a week earlier and deleted it.
Though it's tiny, it manages to power even high ohm headsets with amazing accuracy. It works great with the drop usb-c to usb-c and my Phillips shp-9600. Soon enough I'll be using the Akoustyx...
