Yes, you can use for podcasting but note that these are open-back and you can hear ambient noise while using these. Usually people use closed-back headphones for broadcasting block ambient noise. If I'd record a podcast I'd prefer using open-back so that I'd be more aware how loud I am talking.
Though it's tiny, it manages to power even high ohm headsets with amazing accuracy. It works great with the drop usb-c to usb-c and my Phillips shp-9600. Soon enough I'll be using the Akoustyx...
