Hello, I am wondering if anybody has any experience contacting E-MU support, sending them headphones for repair, or getting them back fixed. Can anybody share any experience? I have been emailing them for a while now, but nobody has responded. Thank you.
i own a Drop + EPOS PC38X Gaming Headset and i need a new cable that connects the headset to the computer. i dont know what its called and i cant work out what to look for on amazon etc. could someone please help me with this
Can anyone help me with this? Went away for dinner and came back home to my speakers making this static sound(Video Link). Its like this both in Line In and Bluetooth mode.
These speakers were super super hot but I was told that it was normal for it to be this way. Sucks that literally I am just about two months out of the 1 year warranty :/
If anyone can help me that'd be great.
I currently am rocking the beyerdynamic DT 990 Pros and have been for a while now, along with a go xlr! I was trying to see what other headset you guys recommend along with something to replace the xlr? Thank you!
I just got my pc38x in the mail today and the out put is quiet but fine and I'm happy. But the mic will not work when on my Xbox series and I was wondering if this issue can be resolved or if the head set is not compatible with Xbox.
I ordered the Dekoni Cobalt for $179 and the price dropped to $159 before they even arrived. Some retailers do price match reimbursements if an item goes on sale within a certain time frame after purchase. Does Drop do that?
Is the TV Speaker bottle necked because it is intended for a digital signal? If so, how do I optimize it (preferably most effective appraoch) or should I just get new speakers for the same cost it would be to optimize this.

Why haven't I received a shipping code or response from customer service for my order in over 3 weeks?
Hello,
I apologize for using the community to post a customer service ticket essentially, but I haven't gotten any update from this website for my FIRST ORDER regarding some headphones I ordered. Essentially, my partner ordered me some gaming headphones ( Drop + EPOS PC38X) a few weeks ago.
I have an attached screenshot of the confirmation code on this post. Normally I'd expect a shipping code to be provided, at most, a week later, but I decided to give this website a little bit more patience because to begin with, my girlfriend was skeptical, but after reading some posts on Reddit recommending this site, I convinced her it wasn't a scam. 3 weeks later, lo and behold, we still have not gotten any kind of shipping update.
I am just wondering, on average, how long it takes for an order to get to the buyer here. I have ordered from websites like Shien and etc, so I am not really stressing anything, but considering the fact that I sent customer support an e-mail 10 days ago and...

Help: MASSDROP X SENNHEISER PC37X GAMING HEADSET Cable Replacement
My headjack that connects the headphone to the mic and headset end (green and red) is broken, what do I need to buy to get it replaced? The single port end seems shorter than 3.5mm and is smaller than the port of the mic and headset end. May I know what size to if I necessarily need the exact same one that connects mic and headset or I can just get a single port to single port end? Would I need to completely replace the headset?
Also I'm currently residing in Malaysia where ebay and amazon isn't available and I can't seem to find anywhere else that sells it. Is there anyone that can link me to the item that ships to Malaysia?
Hi I am new to the community.
Just want to know about these two ear cup dimensions. I am a previous owner of HD58x.
Wonder if they share the same ear cup size or maybe HD58x is much bigger?
Thanks!
I am looking for recommendations on a good headphone/amp setup for music creation. My son is making music on his pc and has just been using his gaming headphones. I want to get him a better setup. Budget is in the $200 - $400 range total. I personally like Sennheiser but I don't think he has any prefrences. The music is a mix of electronica, dubstep, and video game music. It seems very light on bass to me for dubstep, but hey, to each their own. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oJD1_KNeEhI this is one of his videos for reference. Thanks in advance for the help
I already own the HD 58X Jubilee's. They're great for things with instrumentals and vocals, but the can definitely lag behind in genres that have more bass, say rock for example.
I like bass as much as the next guy, but I'm not looking for Beats 😂. What do you recommend from what's on here today Aug 15/24?
Meze 99?
Ultrasone Signature X?
HE-RD7X?
Or, should I wait for some Beyerdynamics to come back in stock? I'd like to stay under ~$220. Thanks.
Hello there!
tldr: he4xx kinda fell apart and I’m deciding if I should fix them (headband, rattle, ear pads) or upgrade to something with better build quality and a better planar experience?
I got He4xx’s a couple years back and had some rattling and the pads were coming unglued. I ended up going back to my hd6xxs, which I adore. I recently wanted to get back into planar. I pulled them back out and really enjoy them (although initially something sounds off). I was going to get replacement pads and realize the head parts is shedding everywhere. Is it worth investing in repairing these with a new headband and pads, while seeing if I can fix the rattle, or should I just upgrade. If I upgrade I would probably want a plane around 500 or less. Is there a recommendation? I was looking at the dc aeon x or the edition xs (although I’ve seen those might not be comfortable. Is there any suggestions for how to proceed?
I appreciate you taking the time!
The wires on the left channel plug, just before the socket are acting up and I need to replace the cable for my Sennheiser 6XX headphones.
Looking at Amazon, I see actual Sennheiser cables but one of them does not have the removable 1/4 plug (I use a DAC with 1/8" jack), and I would rather not add even more connection unknowns by using an adapter down to 1/4", and the other Sennheiser cable is far too long for my usage (looking for around 2 meters or just a touch longer.
The 6XX have been around for a while and I'm sure I'm not the first to need a replacement cable. I'm actually surprised that Drop doesn't offer them perpetually like they do with the ear pads, which ironically my stock pads are holding up just fine.
I'm not looking for $100+ cables here, just a solid replacement for what the 6XX came with.
Thanks!
I tried to catch 660S but I missed it.
660S (not S2) is another smartphone friendly 600 series headphones besides 58X.
I'd get 66XS instead of 6XX due to better sensitivity.
Is there DROP + EPOS PC39X in development. How soon can we expect it. If not are there any plans to work on it in coming year.
Is there DROP + EPOS PC39X in development. How soon can we expect it. If not are there any plans to work on it in coming year. Would like to have a bit more detail and clarity added to the already good sound-stage and imaging set PC38X. And possibly a bit better Microphone or Detachable and Replaceable one.
Setup:
I bought THX 789 for the massive output of idk 6W/32ohms, but whenever I try to use my Sundara/Modhouse Argon/HD600/Arya V2/...whatever, I cannot reach decent listening levels in terms of db without getting this scratching/hissing noise in the background ... I think it's distortion.
(DAC I use: Geshelli labs - J2, set to max volume)
Settings:
With an XLR output, gain setting level at 2/3 and the volume knob set to 2-4 o'clock, hearing distortion from a 250-350$ THX amp shouldn't be a thing, should it? With somewhat hard to drive headphones, I'm not reaching 70db, but I can already hear this godforsaken noise on all tracks without a constant stream of sound. If you dare to up the volume past 4 o'clock, or past 12 on gain setting 3/3, this noise becomes so loud, it might as well be an additional instrument
Music:
The tracks I usually listen to involve so few instruments, that you don't have a constant stream of sound.
(e.g. Creep - Lena Hall)
I'd love to get some feedback!...
