Well with how often i used to carry water with me, this bottle has definitely changed me for the better! I avoided it because the water would warm up too quick and the bottle would sweat, but this bottle is just amazing at stopping and avoiding all of that. I hope anyone who hasn't gotten one before loves it as much as I do! (Sorry for the sappy-ness)

Despite what the picture shows, you can't really make tea by putting it above the screen. The best way to make tea in this bottle is to put the tea into the bottle, put the screen in, and then pour hot water in. Have another cup ready and pour the tea out of the bottle into the cup. The screen catches the tea and keeps your leaves fresh for another steeping. When you're ready for another cup of tea, just add more hot water and pour out tea.

I got mine a few weeks ago now and i love it! I don't use the tray, but it keeps my water cold (with only 3 ice cubes) all day! (EVEN after the cubes melt!) Mine is the stainless version and feels great, not like my stainless fridge at all, it feels smooth and never has fingerprints. Unfortunatley, a day or two ago i got some sticky stuff on it near the logo, and when i wiped it off with goo-gone, the logo smeared... I would Order 2 more if the price was about what it was when i got this one.

I got both of mine in today and I love them, but both have some issues. One of them has a leak already, and the other one has some extremely sharp edges and cut the living crap out of my finger. I was wondering what my options were to get these replaced?

CMercerMine was leaking as well, but I fixed it by removing the rubber ring in the cap and setting it back in place. Make sure that it's completely flat, otherwise there'll be leaks!

The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive 4/21.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, but we will keep the group updated throughout the fulfillment process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the 16Above Insulated Steel Bottle and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 4/25.
We will keep the group updated throughout the fulfillment process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 4/20.
