Worst experience ever, I upgraded from 10/7 to 10/3, then they lost it, then it was found and expected 10/6; on 10/6 I’m told 10/7 and on 10/7 I’m told 10/9. I’m disabled so can’t drive and the package is 2 miles away for 3 days now. Massdrop customer service is pretty much nonexistent. update 10/7..received missing module still no IEMs. Update 10/9 now I'm told 10/10...don't believe any info given. Package within 2 miles for 5 days now.
