Make Your Own USB Cable
Packed with everything you’ll need to make your own USB cable—no soldering required—this kit from 1Up keyboards allows you to choose everything from length and connector type to heat-shrink color and paracord sheathing. All kits contain a USB Male A connector and a 28AWG, 4CORE, shielded cable, which is precut to the length of your choice. Start to finish, assembly takes about 20 minutes and requires a heat source—even something as simple as a hair dryer will do.
Note: At checkout, you’ll have a number of options:
Cord length: 1 ft, 3 ft, or 6 ft
Connectors: USB A to USB A, USB Mini to USB A, or USB Micro to USB A
Heat-shrink color: Black or White
Paracord color: Blue | Pink Camo | Red and Black
