If you ask me, I'm never using massdrop again. It's great for spending money on things you DON'T NEED and can wait a while for. But seriously, it takes wayyy to long for anything to get shipped. Not to mention, the communication has been terrible. Not worth it

kalef21The fact that they decided to tell us this the DAY that it was originally SUPPOSED TO SHIP was the biggest slap to the face. I mean, they clearly knew something was going to go wrong. After all, he ended up saying "expect on update" on the shipping day... well... at this point it's safe to say it's delayed... so just SAY IT. If they had said it sooner, I wouldn't have been anywhere near as upset.
I'm going to do a bit more research on how often this happens, but I was looking around online and found a lot of frustrated people. Apparently this is plaguing all orders, but it's somewhat common.
A really cool guy that had his own keyboard business in the UK suggested this to me. Now I wish I had just paid a bit more to get it shipped from the UK, because I would have supported someone that actually cared to give me advice so much, that he even pointed me to another business. Instead I handed my money to some people that won't give me the time of day. The more I think about it, the more mad I get. And on top of it I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THEM SOONER.

RolfathanIf what they are saying is to be believed it also confuses me as to why the manufacturer agreed to this drop in the first place. I was recently part of the DXRacer king series drop and I got my chair nearly right away. Practically overnight from the ship date, which was ahead of time compared to the massdrop scheduled ship date. Makes me think whoever the manufacturer is of these o-rings had no place putting their overpriced products on this site in the first place.
