In its first-ever high-driver-count, hybrid universal-fit IEM, 64 Audio is setting a lofty standard for components and sound quality. Named the Nio, this high-performance IEM features eight balanced armatures and one dynamic driver per earbud. All custom-engineered as part of 64 Audio’s tia line, these drivers deliver excellent all-frequency articulation characterized by extended lows, smooth highs, and a rich three-dimensional soundstage. Contributing to the sound, 64 Audio’s tubeless tia design reduces unwanted resonance, while interactive apex vents maximize isolation and alleviate listener fatigue. To ensure detail and audio quality from any source, a Linear Impedance Design (LID) corrects the non-linear impedance of each of the Nio’s drivers to achieve an optimal sound signature, no matter what you’re listening to.
