RenotenSubmitted a ticket with them and they still didn't give any insight into what the delay was besides the generic "we're looking into it".
I'm giving it until the end of September before I go for a refund since I've already paid for it. I'm considering waiting longer so I can have a delightful surprise when it shows up in my mailbox in April of 2025.
