I've just received the controller, and tried to connect it with my iPad but it isn't showing up, what should I do? On the manual, it didn't mention anything about iOS even though the website said it supports iOS. Has anyone been able to connect it to your iOS systems?

DoughboiYeah, "iOS support" is very misleading. It does *not* support Apple's MFi protocol (because Apple licenses it and requires that a licensed device doesn't support any other protocols). That means it won't work with just about any gamepad-friendly game on iOS. Instead, it connects via Bluetooth as essentially a keyboard device, which very few games support.
Basically, if you bought it to play games with your iOS device (as I did), you may as well toss it into storage or give it away because it's almost worthless for that. Works OK as a Windows gamepad, though.

Doughboi Unfortunately 8Bitdo stopped supporting iOS with the 4.0 firmware upgrade but you can install the Legacy firmware 2.0 to get iOS to work.
