A/B Cache Dual Compartment Capsule (2-Pack)

Well - I just tried the other method (fold twice lengthwise and roll it up) again, and it fit in the compartments just fine - even easier than the method I just posted about. Caps screwed down fully. I'm not sure what went wrong before, but there at least two ways to skin this cat. If you have trouble with one, try the other.

I was unable to get a US bill to fit by folding it into quarters lengthwise and rolling it up. Actually it sort of fit, but I wasn't able to screw the cap down completely. However I was able to get a bill to fit by folding several times in the other dimension. A US bill is about 66 x 156 mm. Fold into thirds to 66 x 52 mm, then fold in half twice to get to about 66 x 13 mm. The compartments in the capsule are 15 mm deep (a little deeper in the center of the compartment, but that doesn't help much for this). Roll the bill up tightly and it should fit pretty easily. Having a solid surface and some tool to make the folds crisp - like the back edge of a knife - may help. You may need to use tweezers or small needlenose pliers to get the currency back out.
