This mouse would be a lot better if the key editor wouldn't constantly fail to update my setting with a very unhelpful 'Fail to download !' error message. Reinstalls did not fix. It's a good mouse, but when a large part of it is the custom key utility and that doesn't work, it makes me wary and puts me off.
Can anyone help me with this problem? I've trawled forums and reinstalled the damnable thing at least three times, it still throws up the same errors and as a result any changes I make to the keys don't actually stick.
