I've checked this site nearly once a week for about 6 months now and it has constantly been under $180. Nothing about this drop appears different to me from the Anet A8 sold on gearbest. I wouldn't pay more than the gearbest price, that is for sure. There are a lot of complaints in the 3D printing community that these chinese knock-offs inferior components, specifically the power supply. So if you were to buy this printer, for your own safety, you should upgrade to a reputable brand psu and if you plan on using the heated bed often or for materials that use higher temps, you should add a mosfet or solid-state relay (there have been reports of mainboards frying due to the high load required for the heated bed).
In all honesty though, the reason I've kept my eye on this printer though is because there is a great community on facebook, there are hundreds of printable upgrades/modifications available online to really make this a nice printer. You just have to be willing to tinker with it.
If you're looking for a printer that will work straight out of the box, with minimal effort from you, this might not be the right printer for you. If you really enjoy building and improving things, this could be a really great printer for you.
