I should probably add that I listen to a wide variety of music but lean towards electronic. So I love good strong bass with my electronic music. Because the A3HPro are hybrid (single dynamic bass driver and dual balanced armature for mids and highs) they put out an impressive amount of bass that works well with the great sounding mids and highs. I feel they do sound better with a good amount of power behind them. The A3HPro sound great direct out of my Opus#1. However they sound even better when amped through my RSA SR-71B going fully end-to-end balanced from the Opus#1 to the A3HPro via the SR-71B.
