How do they compare to BGVP DM6? They have 5 knowles drivers & are highly regarded at half the price.

HitsOfMissesDM6 does not have 5 knowles drivers. They have 2 knowless (22955+30017) and 3 proprietary drivers from their own brand. Mine will arrive in any day soon though. And since I'm in SG where AAW HQ is, I will definitely pay them a visit to do comparison. I'm thinking to get AXH ciem for my stage purposes as I sing and use DM6 on commuting. hahaha

Has anyone heard these? Not many reviews online, but the ones I have come across indicate that there is a pretty significant treble component to this one... just wondering if anyone has first hand experience...

jsmiller58It worth mentioning that the current line up has been refreshed and we just held out an audition event in Singapore. AXH received a minor retune to tone down the treble as well as updating the nozzle to stainless steel material. What will be shipped here is the retuned version.

FWIW, Crinacle measured these and they do look mostly neutral with a bright treble response.

Wow, they are ugly (current drop). What happened to Blue & Gold Swirl Shell /w Blue Buckeye Faceplate?
Read somewhere that they all sound quite similar & with marginal difference as you move up. They’re a bit on a brighter side as long as Treble is concerned, which I don’t prefer. Also no option to buy cable with Mic. Might as well go all the way & get the W900. Any news on that?

I have sent around 30 messages back and forth with the AAW's customer service guys. They are a bit slow to reply, but in the end what needed to be done was done.
If anything, the only issue was that when Le stated he'd upgrade the cable on my order as an apology for something that happened earlier, I actually didn't receive an upgrade at all! I figured it barely mattered and I didn't want to message and wait another 2 weeks for reply, so I just sucked it up and left it in the past.

ceezOverall signature is flat with a tad bit bright tuning, sound stage is great, matter of fact most AAW iems have great sound stage and imaging, the W900 was amazing at that.
