I've purchased and dealt with AAW on numerous occasions and formats; thru Indiegogo, here on Massdrop and directly through their website & affiliate Null Audio. I've never had any issues with them. If anything, I'd say they have amazing service as well as after-sales service.

rantngAlso forgot to mention, I actually do own a set of these. Fairly neutral with lively treble. I'm somewhat disappointed with the faceplates on mine; one side has just the tiniest fleck of yellow/gold, while the other is all blue. I was hoping for more of a Starry Night look. I haven't actually listened to it much since I have (too) many other IEMs; I've been debating selling mine. I suppose I will give it another listen over the next few days and report back with additional impressions.
