Gameplay
Based heavily on the classic crime stories of the pulp era, Ace Detective is a card game featuring a narration mechanic. Players are encouraged to spin a story based on the cards in their hand, and are rewarded plot points that are necessary for placing clues on the suspects of a pulp crime. The game ends when the last clue token is placed on a suspect, and the player with the most points wins. The emphasis of this game rests on the storytelling and vibrant artwork, so it's best to play this game with people who enjoy this game genre.
