Product doesn't have nearly the capacity that it advertises. I have an One-plus One (3100mah battery) and it fails to fully charge my phone from 0-100% even twice. I'm greatly disappointed.

Butt3rToastyI think it's a problem with your specific product then, I got a Xiaomi Mi 5( 3000maH ) and it can be recharge fully twice (haven't done more than that)

The output for "Fast Charge" actually charges at the same rate as the slower charge. Both outputs gave the same estimated time to charge my phone (Samsung Galaxy s6) at 50% (1 hr, 40 mins) so they are lying that one of the outputs is a fast charge.
They are both indeed slow charges probably at 1.0 amp. Tested both packs that came with, with different cords (ones i normally use for my wall-port fast charge) with no variation of the output when switched between the two.

When can I expect the product to arrive? The description says that the estimated ship date is May 12th. Does this mean the units will be shipped out on May 12th or that we can expect the domestic deliveries by May 12th?

samihahShipping begins estimatedly May 12th from their warehouse in New Jersey. I live in Central America, usually receive items about a week after shipping more or less. Sometimes the shipping begins sooner sometimes later. Depends on the vendors too whether they ship it to MD's warehouse New Jersey in time or not.

What is the input amperage for charging the unit? 1A or 2A? Also, the FastCharge USB port, is it 2.0A or 2.1A, since your specs claim both? Finally, is the "FastCharge" USB port a "SmartCharge" port with IC controlled charging or is it just a "dumb" 2.1A port?

ScareBearHey there, I looked up the Acesori website and found the PowerPack 10 (link: https://acesori.com/products/powerpack10?variant=6941530753) From the specs I found there I was able to find out that the bank has 2 output usb's. One of them being 2.1 Amp Fastcharge, the other being 1.0 Amp 'regular'. The input, to charge the powerbank, is a 2.0 Amp micro-usb port. They also mention that the charging time is up to 8 hours. According to my calculations, based on the bank's max capacity and the input I can conclude that they're either lying about the charge time, or their input amperage is incorrect. Meaning that the input port is not FastCharge, which would make sense since the picture showing the ports of the bank tells us that ONLY the output port has FastCharge, not the input.

Bulk order shipped! The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive on 12/15.

Awaiting confirmation! We are still in contact with the vendor and just awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled first thing tomorrow morning and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect these in our warehouse.
