Already Failed
I have only had the drive for a couple of months and have used it only to backup some files and it has already failed. I get a steady red light when I plug it in and it won't read. It lived in my desk and was never dropped or mishandled. Very disappointed.

JonckyPlease reach out to support under the transaction tab of your provide, lets get your issue resolved asap, unfortunately from time to time a extremely small % of products that are mass produced will come with a defect, however this is what the warranty support it for, im very sorry for your experience but there are process in place to help : )
