Fast, efficient, and equipped with plenty of storage, the ADATA Ultimate SU650 3D NAND flash SSD drive is optimized for gaming, rendering, and overclocking applications. Available in four capacities, it’s capable of read speeds up to 520MB/s and write speeds up to 450 MB/s. The 3D NAND flash technology offers more power and enhanced efficiency than 2D NAND. Intelligent SLC caching algorithms allow the flash memory to operate in single-level cell mode and boost the read/write performance, while an error-correcting code reduces data errors and increases data integrity. To ensure effective performance throughout its lifespan, the drive has a high MTBF (mean time between failures) of nearly 2 million hours.
