Basically any place that sells PC hardwear and be careful with used because thats a toss up but not out of the question. just multi tab or find a price history of the sales your main thing is to search as many as possible i use pc part picker to start off my search cause it has a price history log when you click on a item here is a example: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/6rrcCJ/corsair-memory-cmk32gx4m2b3200c16 tab that then google search generic phrases like pc parts and click on as many sites as you need and just search the same item and copy paste the name into all the sites. I know its not a good reply but believe me you dont wanna ask for specific places to buy you need to look as many as possible so you can get a range on what its worth for your money as the prices change all the time and too frequently to suggest any spot in particular believe me i made the mistake myself by asking the same question and paying for shotty ram for a overpriced ram
