The 3D NAND flash technology provides more power and enhanced efficiency compared to that of 2D NAND. Intelligent SLC caching accelerates sequential and 4K random read/write speeds to shorten overall system response time, while the LDPC (low-density parity-check) error-correcting code detects and fixes a wide range of data errors for more accurate transfers. At just 2.15 millimeters thick, the SX6000 is ideal for notebooks, small-form-factor desktops, and ultrabooks.
