Very good quality, but smaller than it looks in images.
Drop's product images of the stand make it look much bigger than it actually is. It's actually on the smaller side, but in a good way. It's solid, with smooth edges throughout. It's well balanced too. Not wobbly at all. I really like it.
There's little not to like about the design of this headphone hanger - it's a breeze to assemble, has beavy and high-quality metal components, swivels smoothly, and is at an ample height for large headphones (fully extended AND with long cable connectors). The cable guides are the cherry on top - cable management is clean and a breeze. Highly recommended!
Compared to the $10 stand I got on Amazon, this one is much more premium feeling.
For the extra $40 you get better build quality, two headphone rows, headphone jack holders, a properly weighted base (won't tip over), and a nicer feeling overall. Beyond quality, it's far more functional than my rickety Amazon stand.
Only docked a star because my unit arrived with small scratches on one of the rows. It's not worth requesting a replacement over, but it's still a minor annoyance. Otherwise, pleased
Honestly was concerned if this would fit the LCD-2C's but they fit great (minus the cable).
Need a couple more to hold all the cans as this is super minimal and super sturdy.
10/10
The base is so heavy and earthquake couldn't make your headphones fall. Unless your headphones were made out of tungsten, in which case you must have quite the neck muscles.
It’s a well weighted and minimal stand. It’s the perfect height and sized extremely well for my relatively cramped desk. I had spent an embarrassing amount of time looking for a dual stand prior to this being available, and I’m really glad that I waited to pull the trigger.
