Great sound quality & acceptable mic quality
Sound quality was amazing and felt like I was in a studio, when fully configured. However the mic quality was quite messy as my friends could rarely hear me either due to noise suppression or just low quality. Perhaps this could be due to my deep voice, I had to increase my speaking volume to the point where others could hear me from the next room or even from downstairs while I was upstairs which said a lot. A negative would be the fact that it is so easy to lose the pop filter. Any friction with other surfaces and you'll be spending some time finding where it could be! Great value for product nonetheless. UPDATE (2022) - Somewhat late, but I received another replacement free of charge after some issues with the wiring/buggy cable and after discovering the edit review button, I am able to give this headset the recognition it deserves! The sound quality still sounds amazing as ever! For it's price it's a must buy for the value/budget gamers and music listeners (bassy). I would still recommend purchasing a mic instead and using it alongside the ADV headphone with mic issues a tad problem. The pop filter easily lost, and the mic itself not as great for deep voices but apart from that, it's a bargain!

Some quibbles, but insane value
Highly recommended for an inexpensive dedicated gaming set. CONS: 1) Windscreen/pop filter is wayyy too slidey, and wouldn't stay on the mic. Fell off pretty much daily, and is now lost. Considering replacing with something homemade, or those delightfully gaudy Logitech mic covers. 2) Detachable mic must be attached to the headset or there's a constant ticking sound, even with the in-line switch off! Unsure why, and I tried multiple devices. Not going to knock it too hard for this, because it's likely user error on my part...? PROS: 1) Sound to price ratio. For under 50 bucks, you get a respectably immersive set of cans. Bassy but not filthy, games like RDR2 sound as good in ambient-music open world as they do in rapid gunslinging. I've listened to music on them regularly and not felt like I need to get up and reach for other non-gaming headphones costing 2-3 times more. 2) Mic to price ratio. Picks up the voice better than my fancy new phone does, I've actually received unsolicited comments on phone calls about it. Impressive. Far better than all the in-line mics I own. Listed as omni-directional but does a great job of not picking up extra sounds. Make sure to plug it in facing the right way because there's a hole only on one side. 3) Build. Lots of plastic, of course, but it's solid. Metal headband is sturdy, clamping force is on the lighter side but adequate and comfy. Cooling gel is pleasant and not a gimmick. Braided cable is another welcome surprise, and the in-line switch and volume knob are tanky with nice amount of strain relief all around. The muted colorway is nice to see in gaming-land. Overall, I'll add my voice to the chorus calling this a fantastic value for a dedicated gaming set. Can you buy a better gaming headset, or even add a boom mic to a nicer set of cans and get a better setup? Sure, but you are going to spend way more overall than this. Ticks all the boxes very admirably for under 50 bucks.

Great Value!
the sound can be a little bit heavy on the bass side (can easily by fixed with a little EQ tweak). The mic works great.

Great value, as long as it works.
This is amazing value although I think my head might be a bit too narrow for this as I'm somewhat unable to get a good seal. EDIT: After using this for nearly 2 years, it finally stopped working... kind of. It randomly just reduces the volume extremely low, and I cannot hear anything. Even throughout my usage of these, I kept having to change the volume on the inline control to get equal volume from the left and right channels. I have now changed this from a 5 star rating to a 3 star, but I still think it's decently good and when it worked, it worked quite well.

Impressive bang for the buck
After trying and enjoying the Nismo Jr from Drop, decided to purchase a set of these for my wife and I. For the price point, these appear to be an impressive deal as the sound quality and boom mic are on par with my Razer Kaira and the wife's Logitech. Both which are 3x the price. I'm all for quality for less cash out of pocket. And as for comfort, no complaints so far. Will recommend.

Another star is born!
Using with my Xbox Series X, and totally immersive sound. The cooling gel was surprising to the touch and it stayed cool for good 2 hours. Comfortable and the inline volume and mute is convenient. All for $50 almost feels too good to be true.
