I bought these and on discord it barely to not at all will pick up my voice unless I hold the microphone directly in front of my mouth and yell, anyone else have this problem?
dragonslayer420First try to insert the 3.5mm jack fully in till it's locked. Try double checking if the mute switch is on. Also try both with boom mic attached, and boom mic removed to see if there is any difference. If you are still experiencing this issue, please email at support@adv-sound.com.

Damn kid, you sound a little on the envious/jealous/intimidated side. Not to mention a little pompous thinking your opinion of my opinions “somehow has significance”!

Guess his “who the fuck is Blake Stark” shirt was at the Cleaners ;- )
Buy from Drop and wait for a month or get these tomorrow from Amazon for $1 more? Hmmmmm, I really have no idea how Drop maintains this business model.
amdee1979Tbh I think some of it is that a lot of people probably don't check availability on other sites for certain products. I know sometimes I see a deal that looks really good here, but forget to do my research, and then that I'm probably really not saving more than a few dollars at the expense of way longer shipping time and more complicated (although still good) customer support, compared to simple Amazon returns
3 of the exact same driver? That sounds like it's going to turn out like mud
Edit: This is mostly only applicable to dynamic drivers as the inconsistencies with dynamic drivers means what then they are used in an acoustic-parallel (with no crossover or anything) the phase response differences will most likely just make them sound muddy.
