I'm not a skilled locksmith, I've had some training and worked in a shop for the better part of a year, so I'm always interested and look at a lot of these offers.
Looks like a solid/quality set, and if you are looking to do a lot of practice and build your picking skills this looks like a great deal. If this were my trade and I were beginning, or rusty, I'd go for it. If you are just a hobbyist, maybe better to get a simple pick set and single (easy) lock. If you are a pro, get a proper stand and complete kit. This is for intermediate folks, or those that are super advanced. Also good for those that want to teach.
Simple answer, I think it's worth it, but I'm not joining, its not my forte.
