Hi All, Interested to know if the paddles and pump pack into the duffel bag or just the kayak will fit?

The AE3023 duffel bag will not fit paddle and a pump. It is a very tight fit and will only fit the kayak and the two seats.

Hello! It seems Advanced Elements Inline Valve Adapter With Gauge (AE4000) is not included in this bundle. Does anyone know some kind of hint/s how to check correct air pressure of this kayak. Or should I look for valve adapter somewhere?

Any Canadians ever buy one of these kayaks from Massdrop? Curious if you paid duty taxes at the door. Still have no idea what determines the application of duty taxes as only a few things I’ve bought off here had it applied.

there is no carbon fiber or titanium anywhere on this thing. And it's yellow, not black. Hardly tacticool.

Does anyone know how this one would compare with the Intex Explorer 2?

Hi ProPhoto_56401, Thanks for your question. The most significant difference between the two, is that the Island Voyage2 kayak is designed with a durable outer cover, made of PVC tarpaulin and hi denier polyester. The air chambers are inside the cover and are much more protected from abrasion, etc. In contrast, the Intex Explorer2 is constructed of a single layer of vinyl. The hull of the Island Voyage2 kayak is made of a durable PVC Tarpaulin which is two sheets of PVC bonded to a fabric mesh. Designed to take the abrasion of rocks and beaching. The inflatable floor chamber sits on the inside and is covered by a fabric top cover, so you can take you dog with you and not worry about its nails. This kayak also has a removable tracking fin for improved tracking. You can paddle solo by moving one seat to the center buckles. Thanks for your question!
