Useful, but not my first choice

I bought this because I like Drop and I want to support them. I like my other headphone stand better mainly because it did not require 30 mins of tinkering with to work. The bottom knob came off immediately after unpackaging and the entire mechanism would not rotate thereby not allowing the clamp to come lose. I had to do some 'surgery' in order to make it work. Decent product, but a little frustrating.

Vdinolovhow did you make it work? I glued it and still have to help it with a pliers first or the knob rips the glue

quicklytoo4Honestly, I took it apart a couple times and put it back together. Eventually it worked...I don't really know how. Either way, proves this product is not consistent.

Vdinolovalright I tried messing with both of mine one of them all I had to do was tighten it all the way and bottom out the knob and the other it bottomed out before tightening all the way so had to use a couple of pliers to tighten it so far has been working fine now seems their qc doesn't check if it's actually fully tightened before sending them out?
