Right, hook it up. Start with Bluetooth, all good. Connect to laptop (mac) play a couple of tunes, yup fine. Connect back to Bluetooth. No sound. Back to USB. No sound. Disconnect everything, plug it back in, try turning every button and testing every option for 25 minutes and still no sound (from speakers or headphone jack). WTF?
