I'm using mine with Sierra 10.12.1. Have not had any issues yet. What specifically have you heard the problem is?

northenuf txs for your input i was simply wanting to know if it would roll with sierra. How does it sound?

I think it sounds reasonably neutral and balanced. I'm using it to drive an old Stax SR-5 electrostatic headphones and it seems to have enough output to drive it to higher levels than I want to listen to without clipping. I've been satisfied.
