I would say yes...
Schiit stack = no Schiit stack Uber = about the same maybe, but Teac has a better reference O2/ODAC/D1 = definitely no
ALSO what is more importantly, it depends on your budget and taste. Some prefer the O2 bass bump, some prefer the clarity of the Teac , some prefer the power outage of the Schiit... and so on.
