Dont buy!!! I got these as my only Christmas present that was over $100. They finally came from indigogo about 3 months late in march. When I got them, i was really exited because I thought they were great. After about a day, i realized how bad they were. They were constantly turning off and de-syncing and everything. I stopped using them for about a month, but when my other earbuds broke, i switched back. I just decided to deal with the Bluetooth issues. They held a charge much worse than advertised. After about a week or two of continues use, the left earbud got extremely quiet. No matter what i did, it was always much quieter than the other side and could only be heard if the volume was at full, which made the other side to loud. I contacted the company, and they said they would respond to me after 48 hours. A month later, nothing. Now i just use my old apple lightning earbuds, cause they're the only thing i have. DONT BUY THESE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND THE COMPANY LIES.

I backed this on the indiegogo campaign, a few months back.
They sound kinda average for Bluetooth considering it should be aptX, but it is not that good compared to other earphones with aptX.
The really major issue with these is that although the company claims they "fixed" the sound drop issue on the right earphone that existed on the previous model (the one that connects to the other not to the Bluetooth device), they obviously didn't...
I completely stopped using them as the drops are bad even at 1 meter from the Bluetooth device, if you cover your right ear with your hand, it immediately cuts the sound almost completely on the right earphone.
Also, the case feels really cheap the two plastic covers are just moving all over the place, feels like it's about to fall apart, and the charging contacts do not just line up, it takes a minute or two to get them to charge, I would not trust it will remain in the charging position if you put it in a bag or in your pocket.
Lastly, they do not hold in your ear well, so I use Comply TSX-500, but I need to take it off every time I want to put them back in the case for charging as the Comply don't fit inside it.
Just my two cents on these...

talkaplan4474Absolutely agreed with thisone. I have the same problems: when my mobile goes to pocket the sound is gone in the right earphone at every second step I take.

Judging by my previous experience with the company I would not purchase these. Bluetooth was terribly inconsistent. The charging case broke and the port where you put the headphones on to charge could be undone by a slight breath on the case. Took forever to charge the stupid things. When they worked and didnt cut out ever 3 seconds they sounded great but that was probably 3 of the 20 times I wore them . All indoor use as well.

My airs sound pretty awesome considering that they’re Bluetooth, though admitantly I’m also newbie to true the whole Hi-Fi IEM category. I’m sure there are plenty of people out there that will mock me for supporting thIs product from crazybaby, considering that their a bit more gimmicky and mainstream consumer based compared to what your typical IEM Hi-Fi guy is shopping, but crazy baby does have some really cool products, and they have always ended up sounding way better than I expected them to... plus I love it when I go to take a conference call in my office while other people are in the room and I get to levitate the mars craft on my mars speaker and watch how they react... haha... one criticizing of the airs I have though are that the chathing contacts are way too touch( the container needs to pretty much stay still in order for the buds to get a full charge, and sometimes the Bluetooth is way less consistent than others... though I wonder if the later problem isn’t maybe driven by amount of bluetooth wavelengths in a given area, or maybe even possibly because of how many by items I had synced with my phone at the time... both are items they fix this time around though :)

AromArom, thank you for your feedback and suggestions. We will pass them to the product team to improve future products. True wireless headphones have smaller antennas than the regular ones, which might make the outcome a bit different. The Air NANO though have done a great job in diminishing the difference.

DO NOT BUY. Look at their comment page on Indiegogo to see how displeased people are with this product. I have the original Air headphones and unfortunately they are terrible as well. What a waste of money.

valorienThe Air by crazybaby (NANO) is a different product than the Air, please don't mix them up. The Air NANO was released 7 months ago and has been doing quite well. We're working on resolving their tickets as we speak.

crazybabyNo, seriously? OMG thank you so much for stating the obvious. I know these are the Nano - both the Original Air and the Nano have Indiegogo pages and a quick look at both shows just how bad your product and customer service are.
Again, I have the original Air headphones and they suck. I wish I could say it was a faulty unit but it seems this is the case with almost everyone who bought them. You'd have less tickets to resolve if your product was actually any good. Why would anyone give you guys money?

Second picture is of the 'Air' not the 'Air Nano'. May want to fix that to prevent confusion.
