Looks like someone in Shenzen found a bunch of slightly older premium chips on sale and cobbled together a budget DAC. The ES9018K2M was used in the older Topping DX7 that was going for around $400 (the newer pro model upgraded the ESS chip). The NJW1194 got replaced by a 1200, and the Qualcomm BT chip is entry-level but sufficient. I've seen some issues with the CM6642 but since this is a stationary setup it shouldn't have any of the known issues (apparently the chip doesnt have CRC validation so if you jiggle the usb stick it'll distort your audio).
I bought one off Amazon to mess with at my work office for fun, since it's only $120 and I don't have to wait a month for Drop's slow shipping.
