MSRP - Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price. Or Amazon just calls it "Retail Price". They both list $449. Not out of coincidence, but because the Manufacturer(AKG) Suggests it. So MD's pants are indeed Not on fire due to being Liars. MSRPs are somewhat useless numbers other than they give a general idea, and that you are not being ripped off. AKG also knows their ASP , THEIR Average Selling Price of a product, but that is held in secret. That is an extremely low number, imagine if Wal-Mart wants to sell this product, what do you think they pay for it? The number you want does not exist, or can be easily obtained by yourself on the internet, Amazon, Best Buy, Fry's, Ebay, Audio Advisor.....

When the 267's were first released, the MSRP was $350.00. The guy is right, I have absolutely no idea where the quantity $449 came from.
