Thanks for the update! Too bad you had to air freight it, that stuff is crazy expensive. Seems like a lot of money to burn, maybe you could have polled the drop participants if they really needed it by Christmas...? I'd have been fine w/o it.
On another note, I was surprised by the 'slow moving dock workers' comment. I have no vested interest in the welfare of dock workers, but I thought it was an odd remark. Throwing them under the bus doesn't really add any value. I suppose you're just trying to be transparent, but calling out dock workers who can't defend themselves on this forum strikes me as...unusual.

To clarify, they're purposely working slowly due to labor unrest. We're not judging them, they've self identified as working slowly in protest (and/or striking), and we don't have a political view on whether they should or shouldn't be doing that. We're just dealing with the situation in the best way that we can.

Actually, they mentioned in a previous post that the dock workers are in fact on strike, of sorts.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for getting back to me. I apologize for not taking some time to figure out what's going on with the Long Beach Longshoremen. Could have just googled it, bah!
