I got notice 3 days ago saying my 7XX has shipped. Received another mail yesterday saying massdrop recall my shipment due to they made some mistake. They are going to send me another one before Christmas.... I think keep 1st shipment and cancel 2nd one is more reasonable.
Here's the message from massdrop:
While we will be able to get almost all of the orders out correctly the first time, due to an unexpected hiccup during the shipping label printing process, the ship system incorrectly doubled the order for 70 orders.
This leads me to the reason for this email. Your order is among one of the 70 shipments that were doubled, and that's why we had to issue a recall for your shipment. This shipment recall will allow us to retrieve the extra headphone so we can ship it to the other poor soul that's also still waiting for the order to go out. We will be shipping your order back out via UPS 1 day so you'll be able to receive your K7XX before Christmas nevertheless.

Had the same problem, and this was there response...
"Yes, we shipped you two pairs of headphones using the exact same label printed twice. We can't recall "only one" since they have the same label, so we have to recall both. Once they get to our warehouse, we'll take one of the two and reship it to you using UPS 1-day. We'll take the second and rebox it and send it to one of the unfortunate souls who haven't had anything shipped to them yet."
