This is ridiculous... you accidentally ship my headphones to someone else and now you have to contact the recipient to get it back to me. I better get a huge reimbursement for this too many times massdrop has screwed up for people abroad and if something happens to be done in favor of the customer it's ffs US only, get your crap together.
Just hope the person who got your headphones doesn't decide to keep them, if they do you'll be S.O.L. Though I guess you can consider it you bought that person an early Christmas present or something.

Did you really expect 2000+ packages to get shipped out flawlessly? Some major retailers can't even manage that. Just be patient, the guys at Massdrop are probably doing all they can to get them to us asap.
