I was not expecting to pay for more shipping since it delayed past Christmas time delivery. This morning I had the CBSA hammer me with an additional $40 for these headphones or it goes back.
A total of $300 was spent on what I thought was a pair of $200 headphone.
$60 in shipping? are you kidding me? At the very least a heads up email.
I never had this much hassle spending money from any of the other reputable online vendors. No phone number, No "person" to contact for support and no regard for customer email response.
Expect no one from my network or myself purchasing again from mass drop.
lol, is this your first time buying from the Us ?! they charge these fees on almost any package worth more than 30$ (unless they lie and declare it a lower value or a gift). Consider yourself lucky they used usps because UPS and fedex will add a processing fee.
Blame the Canadian government for the extra $40, not Massdrop. They have no idea what other countries charge for duty/import tax, so there's no way they could have sent you a "heads up email".
