I apologize for my belligerence earlier.
I was aggravated this morning with other things compounding. The duty fee, headphones rattling, people yelling and screaming...
Customs fee's I understand. Not expecting overnight delivery. But no email response with no method to contact any of the mass drop team except for that one email is a little concerning.
That is all. I will contact AKG for a fix.

the holiday season only ended recently, it would be fair to cut them some slack and let them work through the pile up of stuff due to everyone on holiday.
also was stated earlier that a solution will be coming from akg soon.
