Why haven't I received a shipping code or response from customer service for my order in over 3 weeks?
Hello, I apologize for using the community to post a customer service ticket essentially, but I haven't gotten any update from this website for my FIRST ORDER regarding some headphones I ordered. Essentially, my partner ordered me some gaming headphones ( Drop + EPOS PC38X) a few weeks ago. I have an attached screenshot of the confirmation code on this post. Normally I'd expect a shipping code to be provided, at most, a week later, but I decided to give this website a little bit more patience because to begin with, my girlfriend was skeptical, but after reading some posts on Reddit recommending this site, I convinced her it wasn't a scam. 3 weeks later, lo and behold, we still have not gotten any kind of shipping update. I am just wondering, on average, how long it takes for an order to get to the buyer here. I have ordered from websites like Shien and etc, so I am not really stressing anything, but considering the fact that I sent customer support an e-mail 10 days ago and have...

But @Will an update would be great since they hit the port in CA now according to one of your other posts in this thread... Strike still slowing things way down? You'd thought that things MIGHT get out by late January if I recall correctly.
Also Will has mentioned in a previous post that last batch would ship out as soon as the shipment arrives from the port and isn't being shipped at the same time as this batch. (don't quote me on this tho)
Look at the third section. "3) The shipping date of your order (batch 1, in December, or batch 2 in February)"
Also make sure to notice it says shipping date, so they start heading towards you at that time and arent supposed to be in your hands yet.
I guess what I'm getting at is that while I feel and agree with your frustration, it is sort of what I expected going in to it. I also bought a Schiit Audio Amp and DAC in anticipation of these headphones that are sitting on my desk with literally nothing to plug in to them as a daily reminder that I don't have them yet.
But some updates on when the 2nd shipment is expected to go out would be GREAT!
