Talk about some of the worst shipping I've ever seen. You don't even get a USPS tracking number...it's been at my "local USPS" for days now. Shit shipping

Mine has said its in Illinois for over 48 hours, and I am in Utah. Either UPS is terrible with updating tracking, or they straight forgot my package.

In my experience, they only update when the package goes on or comes off a truck. The truck yours is on right now might be making multiple stops across the country before your package moves.

I understand that, but even with that, 48 hours for a drive of 20 hours (assuming they came straight here) is extremely excessive.

Surepost is UPS's cheapest shipping option. The truck is probably not coming straight to you.

I am well aware of that. But it was been over 60 hours with no update. For a company that does nothing but ship packages every day of the week, this is beyond disappointing. If it had taken longer than expected to go from Illinois to Utah, that is understandable, but nearly two and a half days? There is no reason they should have a truck moving across the country THAT slowly. There is no reasonable explanation, assuming the truck was not in an accident of course, for it to have taken this long, even for the cheapest shipping option. It left from somewhere that is a 20 hour drive away, you can't justify taking three times that amount of time for that distance.

Interesting, I'm in So Cal, which is quite a bit father than Utah, mine says: Packaged transferred to post office at 3/13/15 11:17 AM. Maybe you live in the boonies away from their hubs?

Not really no, it made it to a hub at about 3 am this morning, the hub is roughly 15 minutes from my house.

Are you sure? There is usually a USPS tracking number under additional information which is below the shipment process.

Does it say it's been handed to the local post office? It goes off the radar at that point and you SHOULD get it within 1 to 2 days. If it hasn't I would call UPS and give them your tracking number.

Having the same issue, no updates on the tracking information. I have the UPS tracking ID, and it says it was shipped via sure post, but no addtional info like a USPS tracking number. No tracking updates have been posted since 3/11 at 9:57am. The wait sucks.
