I've had my pair for about a year now and the right can started going out. Tried contacting customer support and they were really weird about it. Has anyone else had to contact akg support?

Just owned the red edition a few mouths and very concern the situation.
But i cannot find the same thing happened at the red edition discussion pages.
Still, looking forward to the update.
