I have been doing a bunch of reading on this subject. the Schiit Lyr 2 seems to be EXTREMELY popular paired with them in that price range. I keep reading people saying "they love current".
I am looking at the Vali to use with them for myself, my budget for an amp isnt even close to yours, tho.

According to this review, Schiit Magni+Modi or ODac O2 would be a good entry level choice.
