I planned on getting these. However massdrop has made my life difficult. I ordered a cheaper headset (for gaming) the pc37x. Which is not bad for gaming. But I enjoy listening to music as well. So I changed my mind and want these.
I could not cancel my order on the transaction page. And I messaged their support. No response, then I got a message that they shipped. I sent support another email saying they have shipped now, but I would like the k7xx instead upon thinking. Still nothing, 3 days after the order. I got one email back saying sorry for the wait on getting back.
Poor service imho. I understand I should have done more research before, however taking so long to do anything for your customer is ridiculous. Even if they cannot do anything for me, not responding to customers is not a good buisness method. Especially when they plan on spending even more money
