Does this come with extra key caps? Specifically, Mac oriented ones?

SedornerIt does come with a few extra keycaps, but no Mac-specific ones. The extras included are green and orange versions of the Escape key, both Enter/Return keys and the space bar.

beedle_the_bardIt would be great if Mac specific keys were an option.

AKKO is junk. They are Chinese knockoffs of Ducky.

this or the IKBC MF108, which is better?
I don't own either board. So I am going off the specs. Most "high end" enthusiasts prefer a board that uses some sort of solid, milled metal for the case (brass, aluminum). Polycarbonate boards are expensive also. The aluminum part is premium, but the RGB and caps, IMO make it look cheap.

erickongI agree with you on the caps, and I don't care for the RGB either. So I'll be going with the AKKO. Thanks!

Can someone tell me what configuration to order for the green space bar and escape caps? Between the blue brown and red - I’m a mess of confusion.
codycolaIt comes with all the accent keys.

Akko is junk. They used to be affiliates with Ducky because Ducky being from Taiwan was not able to sell into Chinese market without it being produced there. These guys ended up screwing ducky over and copied duckys old mold and sold it to other markets as knockoff ducky branded products. These guys make subpar mechanical keyboards cheap materials, cut corners in production and do this market a dis-service. I would avoid this brand at all costs. I am surprised drop would promote this.
