AKKO’s World Series line has landed in Tokyo, and it’s taken inspiration from the city’s most striking features. The programmable Tokyo World Series keyboards feature a cherry-blossom-colored case and decorative dye-subbed keys, both made from durable PBT Read More
djroberts hey! Unfortunately not, but I have been exchanging e-mails with a really helpful support agent. Here is her last response:
"I just received a response back from a Lead. I was informed there's a delay because the commercial invoice for inbound shipment needs to be updated. As of right now there's no additional ETA for when we can ship out. We'll email everyone once we have that date available."
Also, it's not clear what you're getting in the "suite", so if I order the
3108 Keyboard (Full Size) - $105
will I get the full size keyboard WITH keycaps, the wrist rest and the mat? Or would I need to make separate orders if I want to order just the keycaps or the wrist rest or the mat?
There's zero explanation on what you're getting but from the pictures when you're ordering, seems that for let's say the $105 keyboard you only get the keyboard itself with (hopefully) keycaps?
Alejo1707I sent an email to akko support from their own homepage. Person said they don't directly handle drop stuff but everything was sent to the drop distribution center Oct 1st as far as they know
GermaseOh boy...alright, giving them the benefit of the doubt, if it was shipped by sea it could take 1 month to reach the US, then customs could take another 2 weeks and finally sorting and shipping to us another week. If what I said is accurate, we will get our keebs by the end of November or at most, the first quarter of December. @SpencerL can you give us some estimate or extra information? Staying silent for 2 weeks or more will not help giving us some peace of mind.
To answer some confusions -
The products are sold separately and you have the option of purchasing whatever you want, whether it be the board only, or the wrist rest or deskmat separately.
The $105 base price applies to ONLY either of the keyboards in your choice of switches, it also includes the extra novelty cap and yes, a pink USB cable.

Most of us mate, but that sweet bot clarify it by saying the keycaps are for those wanting to customize their own keyboard, the keyboard itself already comes with them.
SpencerLMan I'm glad I checked the discussion. I thought the desk mat + wrist rest was included in the $105 which I thought was a great deal. Adding them onto my order of the board brought it to $190 USD and I'd have import taxes to pay which made it a lot less worth.
The shipping has been delayed for more than three weeks now, i decided to cancel yesterday and bought the exact same things (deskmat and wristrest) from Akko's website. Guess what, my products have already been shipped, less than one day after i placed my order. I bet i'll get them before anyone else here gets their drop.
Iceman1925Hello, the $105 option includes 1) the regular keyboard with the switch you selected 2) the "Extra Novelty Keys" as noted in the above pictures 3) a keycap puller.
this will be my last purchase, its been a month already and not even a curtsy update. just cancelled my order and will be buying direct from akko's website
This overly used purchase format needs to stop. List an option to buy full suite as shown with switch choice. THEN have options to buy pieces separately. You'll save time not answering the same questions, and avoid high levels of disappointment.
