I just got one of these chairs about 2 weeks ago and part of the arm broke off :(
The arm itself is still attached but the comfort-padding thing on top of the arm that you move around broke off. Looks like it was held on by a screw going through plastic and that plastic broke so screw no longer holds it on.
Very unfortunate
