My Max was delivered on 9/1/2018. Last week, a piece of the steel frame inside the seat broke, so the back won't remain upright any more. I went to AKRacing's website to look up how to get warranty service, and their "warranty policies" page had this little gem: "Specific retailers that sell special models include Canada Computers, Micro Center and Drop.com. We will be happy to assist you in identifying if you have one of those items and apologize that it is not possible for us to offer assistance on those." I really hope I'm misunderstanding something here. One of the reasons I went with the AKRacing brand is their warranty, and it's prominently listed as a selling point on Drop's page. Anyone who bought a chair through Drop have experience getting warranty service?

BoostedbeardAfter a couple of emails back and forth, an AK Racing rep told me that where my chair broke was a known weak point, and that the internal frame had been redesigned to reinforce it. They sent me a replacement seat. Also, a shout-out to Drop support: before I found out that AK would replace the seat, they were on the ball, ready to get me help as well. Hopefully your problem is resolved as well.
