Hi, I don’t really know exactly how Massdrop works but I got the chair almost a month ago and recently it’s been really unbalanced. I heard a snap one day, and now I can’t lean forward because the chair wheels are lifted off the floor (I don’t want to fall! Lol). I’m 6”0 and 180 lbs as a reference.

MeenhDid you check the undercarriage at all? "I heard a snap one day" doesn't really provide much of a clue, it chould either be that yeah something really did break, or that during your initial setup something didn't properly connect, and only now did it actually snap in place, albeit with a large sound. And can you provide more details on how the wheels are lifted off the floor? Do you mean the feet are misaligned or that the wheels themselves aren't the same heights...?
