I like the chair, I dig the colors (purple and white is really pretty!) but this is not an ergonomic chair. I get sore after sitting for a few hours. Getting up and walking around and coming back is OK, but this is not an all day chair. I also tend to knock the arm rests around a bit and they're pretty noisy about that
Its a gaming chair..not ergonomic so dont expect comfort
The chair was nice and well made. Remember it's a gaming chair, meaning it's hard and not ergonomic. Anything over 15 minutes I wish I had paid more for the real chair brands. Pay the extra money and support your back.
The only thing about this chair that is change is the arm rests. They aren’t very soft and get uncomfortable after a bit. Other than that, the chair is comfortable.
Since I've bought this the only problem I've had is with the back pillow falling down and needing to be readjusted. Other than that the chair itself is sturdy and comfortable.
Makes my back hurt more than the 60 dollar one I replaced one with. The cushioning on the seat is like not as good as it was when it arrived, this was only after a few weeks. If you are tall/have long legs btw do not get this chair. If your heavy, absolutely not. Do not get this if you’re wide set either. It’s kinda weirdly designed to be like almost narrow.
i honestly regret buying this thing.
the only good thing is the recline, it is INSANE.
Got this chair a year ago, definitely an improvement over what I was using a before but still has its own problems.
---Pros---
Very adjustable - recline is wonderful and very comfortable, armrests adjustment is very useful for different scenarios.
Material is decent - pleather is comfortable and cushioning doesnt squish too much over time, still takes a couple weeks to break in though.
---Cons---
Head Pillow - way too plump, pushes my neck out unnaturally causing my head to lean back too far for comfort. Also unhooks from its plastic thingy that holds the pillow straps very easily if pushed too far up or down
Lumber support - same problem as head pillow, too plump, ended up not using it.
Bucket seat design - I probably wouldnt mind a bucket seat design if it was made with just one piece, but since it uses 3 seperate pieces crumbs and crap can easily get into the space inbetween the main seat part and side bucket parts, makes me regret getting this one and not the Aero even though its 80 bucks more.

Other comments:
Part of the armrest swivel mechanism broke recently, but AKRacing support seems to be quite good. crumbs and stuff accumulate easily in the plastic guard that is over the left joint of the seat and backrest.
Overall impression - Quite a decent chair for the price I got it for ($220) but would definitely have gotten one without the bucket seat design and a better head rest design in the future.
This chair is not worth the price. It feels cheap despite the price and what's worse is that it's defective. One of the legs snapped and I only weigh 180 pounds. I contacted their support team and they told me they'd have a replacement sent to me in five weeks but it's been months! Do yourself a favor, never buy from AKRacing. They sell neither quality or good service.
